I lost my combination codes!
Please contact your distributors authorized by Sun Safes. Sun Safes provide codes only to our authorized distributors. For distributors' information, please contact info@eaglesafes.com with your country, region, model No. and serial No. (Model No. The serial No. can be seen at the back side of the safes.) But, if your safe has 'Key changeable combination dial' and if you had changed your personal codes, you need to call a locksmith to break the safe since there is no way to know the code for us.

I lost my instruction, can I get one?
Please download User Manual at the download center on the support menu. You will be able to find one that matches with your safes among those various locks. If you have any problem in recognizing which one is right one, please contact info@eaglesafes.com with information of your country, region, model No. and serial No. (Model No. & serial No. can be seen at the back side of the safes.)

My safe keeps beeping!
Does the display shows ¡°Error¡± with constant buzzing sound? Wrong Try Lockout Penalty has been activated! If the incorrect code is entered 5 times in a row, the display will show ¡°Error¡±, the red light will illuminate, and a series of quick beeps will sound for approximately 3 minutes. The correct code cannot be entered until after this 3-minute delay. Try the correct code after the 3 minutes of short series of beeps stop. P.S.1 Nothing can make the safe stop ringing for the 3 min. once it starts beeping. The noise may stop when you take out the batteries, but it will beep again when you put batteries in. Please let it beep more than 3 min. and let me know if you still have problem. P.S.2 But from the year 2016, most of our safes(only except for Lucell 1000, 2000, NPS) stop ringing immediately when you enter the correct code.

I followed the opening procedure but cannot open the safe.
Check the batteries. |
The green light comes on and the word ¡°OPEn¡± is displayed, but the door will not open.
The batteries need to be replaced. |
Can¡¯t key in any code.
1) Please check if the alarm is ringing with error sign at the LCD window. 2) Humidity can harm the electronic systems. Please check if the surroundings has been humid, or someone wiped out the safe with water or any liquid detergent. Even you didn't clean the electronic lock itself, the liquid detergent can flow into the lock system along the safe surface. 3) Check if any button was pushed down. In case any button is pushed down, you can't key in codes. |
The safe repeats self testing!
Please exchange the batteries with new ones. If this doesn't work, please call your dealer. If you don't have any information on where you bought, please contact info@eaglesafes.com with information of your country, region, model No. and serial No. (Model No. & serial No. can be seen at the back side of the safes.)

The LCD shows 'Open' but it won't open.
The batteries are not enough to open the safe! They need to be replaced. |
The e-lock seems to be dead!
Check if the batteries were inserted properly, or try changing batteries to new ones. Alka-line batteries are suggested.
